Through the years, our department for counselling and problem solving of agricultural legal matters has argued many significant and leading cases for producers of agricultural products, among these cases against the state, ea. compulsory acquisition cases. The department gives counselling to the agriculture and the agricultural consultants thougout the country.
The department consists of lawyer Uffe Baller, lawyer Niels Lyhne, and lawyer Gert Lund.
For years the department has been working with Danske Svineproducenter. I.e. lawyerUffe Baller has conducted the cases about compensation for PRRS-vaccine and the cases aboutshoulder wounds.
Lawyer Gert Lund has argued many actions for damages on behalf of the agriculturists including compulsory acquisition and other regulatory interventions in the law of property.
We assist and grant sparring regarding reorganisations and problems regarding insolvency law - that is counselling of agriculturists with economic problems. This happens in cooperation with the agriculturist's other counsellors. For information about this, contact lawyer Niels Lyhne.
