The lawyers of the department
Lawyer Torben Korsager is the head of the department. Torben has several years of experience in the area of insolvency law and to a great extent he acts as supervisor in suspension of payments and trustee in connection with insolvent estates. Torben represents a range of financial institutions and other creditor interests. Torben has a specific expertise regarding distressed businesses and insolvent estates with assets in the area of real-estate and development of real-estate.
Lawyer Flemming Voldby has several years of experience with reorganisation and insolvency proceedings. Among other things Flemming represents a number of financial institutions in reorganisation and turn-around of depressed companies. Flemming has many years of experience from working in the financial sector. For 6 years he has been teaching insolvency law at the Aarhus School of Business as an external teacher.
Lawyer Thomas S. Sørensen - is experienced in handling of bankruptcy and counselling of depressed businesses. Quickly and competently, Thomas can counsell depressed businesses regarding optimization and implementation of restructuring (turnaround) aiming at creating a long viable foundation.
Advokat Susanne Buskov Møller – has experience with insolvency proceedings especially in the area of real-estate and real-estate projects. Susanne has a good network for optimization and realisation of real-estate and she has thorough knowledge of the special problems within the real-estate business.
Fee-earner Charlotte Graakjær Eriksen has a general expertise in the area of insolvency law. She particularly works with insolvency proceedings.
